We’re happy to announce that Singapore Life has acquired the business portfolio of Zurich Life Insurance (Singapore) and that their customers are now officially part of Singapore Life.
The transfer was carried out by a scheme of transfer under Section 49FB of the Insurance Act (Cap. 142) and has been approved by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the High Court of the Republic of Singapore (High Court) on 19 March 2018 and the Transfer took place on 1 April 2018.
If you’re a Zurich Life Singapore customer, the transfer will be automatic. You don’t have to do anything at all. In fact, everything will remain the same, including your benefits, adviser and how you pay premiums. By mid-April, all transferring customers will receive a letter by mail from us, with information about onboarding details. Do keep a lookout for this mailer as well as the Welcome Gift which will be sent to you!
