#ABetterOdyssey FAQ

#ABetterOdyssey is an initiative by Singlife to help startups and SMEs supercharge their digitalisation and scale their businesses. It’s a space that gathers tools and resources by digital industry leaders and enables beneficial partnerships. Businesses plugged into #ABetterOdyssey have access to free credits, trials and preferential contractual rates, for various digital solutions provided by our merchants.

#ABetterOdyssey seeks to help startups and SMEs rise above the landscape of fragmented digital business solutions by pulling together digital resources and tools, to enable #ABetterOdyssey for businesses.

There is no cost involved for startups and SMEs.

Step 1: Register your interest at singlife.com/form-abetterodyssey

Step 2: If registration is successful, you will receive a welcome email from us.

Step 3: Upon receiving our welcome email, click on the link within to view the full list of merchant offers.

Step 4: Select the solution you would like to redeem, and you’ll be directed to our merchant’s webpage. 

#ABetterOdyssey is an ongoing initiative, and the list of merchants is set to expand. This is to better benefit members of the platform. Do check back for new partnerships that may be of interest to you!

Startups and SMEs must be registered and based in Singapore. They must also pass Singlife’s due diligence checks. 

The following conditions should be fulfilled:

1. The company must not be an existing client beneficiary of the Singlife Employee Benefit (EB).
   
   
2. If the company has been a client beneficiary of the Singlife EB, these policies must be terminated more than six months prior to registration.
   
   
3. The employee headcount should be between two and 50 employees.

The turnaround time is approximately five working days.
