What is the Digital Goods Marketplace?
The Digital Goods Marketplace is a platform within the Singlife App where one can purchase digital vouchers or gift cards using the Singlife Lite Account or Singlife Account. Merchants on the platform include Amazon, GrabRide and GrabFood.
Who is eligible to purchase the digital vouchers or gift cards?
As long as you have access to the Singlife App and the Singlife Lite Account or the Singlife Account, you will be able to purchase digital vouchers or gift cards from the Digital Goods Marketplace.
How do I access the Digital Goods Marketplace?
1. Download the Singlife App and register a Singlife ID.
2. Log in to your account and click on the shop icon at the bottom navigation bar.
3. Click on “Digital Goods Marketplace” to purchase digital vouchers or gift cards at great discounts.
How many digital vouchers or gift cards can I purchase in a single transaction?
You can purchase up to four digital vouchers or gift cards per transaction.
What if I need to purchase more than four digital vouchers or gift cards?
You can access the Digital Goods Marketplace to make another purchase once you have completed the first transaction. There is no limit to the number of purchases you can make in a day.
Can I make a purchase from multiple brands in a single transaction (e.g., purchase Grab and Amazon digital vouchers or gift cards in the same transaction)?
No. You will have to complete the purchase for digital vouchers or gift cards from the first merchant in a transaction before proceeding to purchase digital vouchers or gift cards from the second merchant in a separate transaction.
Can I purchase the digital vouchers or gift cards if I do not have a Singlife Lite Account or Singlife Account?
You can access the Digital Goods Marketplace and browse available deals. However, you will be prompted to sign up for a Singlife Account before proceeding with payment.
The Singlife Lite Account is a digital wallet created for you to receive credits from Singlife. You do not have to apply for this.
What are the payment modes available to purchase the digital vouchers or gift cards?
You can make payment for the digital vouchers or gift cards by using the credits in your Singlife Lite Account or the funds in your Singlife Account.
What if I don’t have sufficient funds in my Singlife Lite Account or Singlife Account to purchase the digital vouchers or gift cards?
You will not be able to top up or withdraw funds from your Singlife Lite Account. In order to do so, you will need to apply for a Singlife Account policy. The credits from your Singlife Lite Account will be transferred to your Singlife Account.
If you have a Singlife Account, you can use FAST or PayNow via your personal internet banking account(s) to fund your Singlife Account.
How do I perform the top-up for the Singlife Lite Account or Singlife Account?
There is no option to top up the Singlife Lite Account. If you require more credits to make a purchase on the Digital Goods Marketplace, you’ll need to sign up for a Singlife Account. Once your plan is in-force, you’ll be able to use the funds in your Singlife Account to make these purchases.
You can use FAST or PayNow via your personal internet banking account(s) to fund your Singlife Account. Details can be found on the Singlife App.
How long does it take for my top-ups to appear in my Singlife Account?
If you are currently not a Singlife Account customer, you will need to sign up and complete the onboarding process before you can fund your account.
When using FAST (Fast and Secure Transactions) or PayNow, please allow up to three hours for your top-ups to be updated in your Singlife Account. Contact our customer service team if any top-up fails to show up after three hours, and we'll assist
How long will it take for my order to process?
All orders are processed instantly upon successful payment.
How do I access the digital vouchers or gift cards I have purchased?
All digital vouchers or gift cards are available under the “My Purchases” tab on the Digital Goods Marketplace dashboard screen.
Are the digital vouchers or gift cards transferrable?
No, you can’t transfer purchased digital vouchers or gift cards to another user.
What if I can’t find the digital vouchers or gift cards I have purchased in “My Purchases” tab?
Please contact the Singlife customer service team for assistance.
Can I cancel the transaction and get a refund after purchasing the digital vouchers or gift cards?
No, transactions cannot be cancelled and refunds are not allowed. Please read all terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase.
What should I do if I encounter a failed transaction?
Please retry and contact the Singlife customer service team for assistance if the problem persists.
How can I purchase or utilise digital vouchers or gift cards if I am based overseas?
As long as you have a Singapore-registered mobile number, you will be able to make a purchase via your Singlife Lite Account credits or Singlife Account funds.
However, the digital vouchers or gift cards are only available for use in Singapore, unless otherwise stated. Please check the merchant’s terms and conditions before you proceed with your purchase.
