NS55 CAMPAIGN FOR SINGAPORE LIFE LTD (“SINGLIFE”) NEW SINGLIFE APP CUSTOMERS (THE “CAMPAIGN”)
Campaign Period: 5 MAY TO 31 DECEMBER 2022
1. Only Qualifying Customers are eligible for Gifts under the Campaign.
(a) To be a “Qualifying Customer” for the gift of a S$20 e-voucher as stated in the table below, you must meet the following criteria:
Singlife Mobile Application (“App”) NS55 Sign-Up:
(i) be a new sign-up for the Singlife App. Existing users of the Singlife mobile application (“App”) are not eligible;
(ii) successfully download and complete registration for the App;
(iii) agree to be contacted by Singlife for marketing communications via push notifications, email, SMS, phone call or mail; and
(iv) be a MINDEF or MHA personnel and complete the declaration for new application via the App. This can be done via the App via “Service Hub” -> “Help and Support” -> “MINDEF / MHA Declaration”. You must remain opted-in to one of Singlife’s mode of marketing consent specified in the Point 1a(iii) from the date of declaration to the end of the following month.
(b) To be a “Qualifying Customer” for the gift of a S$35 e-cash as stated in the table below, you must meet the following criteria:
NS55 Portfolio Review:
(i) be a MINDEF or MHA personnel and have completed the declaration via the App;
(ii) complete a portfolio review with a Singlife Relationship Consultant; and
(iii) have an existing Singlife Account. Customers who do not have a Singlife Account can register to qualify.
2. The details of the Gifts are as follows:

Gift: S$35 cash credited in your Singlife Account
3. Each Qualifying Customer can only redeem one (1) Gift for each Campaign Criteria. Each Qualifying Customer can be eligible for both Gifts if they meet the qualifying criteria for both Gifts.
4. The Campaign is not valid with other offers, bundles or promotions except for the Save, Spend, Earn campaign and Grow Bonus campaign.
5. The Gift for Singlife App NS55 sign-up will be issued via email to the Qualifying Customer within (3) three months upon completion of MINDEF MHA declaration for new application via the App.
6. The Gift for NS55 Portfolio Review will be credited into the Qualifying Customer’s Singlife Account within (3) three months upon completion of portfolio review. For avoidance of doubt, you can qualify for the NS55 Portfolio Review Gift even if you do not qualify for the Singlife App NS55 Sign-up Gift.
7. Customers must ensure that correct, valid and accurate personal details are provided to Singlife. Singlife will not be responsible for Gifts that are not received due to incorrect, invalid or inaccurate personal details submitted and is not obliged to replace any Gift not received.
8. The Gift is not transferable and is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item in part or in whole. Singlife reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including the type and value of the Gift) or withdraw or discontinue the Campaign at any time without notice or liability.
9. Customers who downloaded and signed up on the Singlife App prior to 5 May 2022, and deleted the app subsequently, are not eligible for this Campaign.
10. Participation in the Campaign is subject to such terms and conditions as Singlife may impose, including the terms and conditions of Singlife Account. Customers need to have an inforce Singlife Account in order to perform any withdrawals.
11. By participating in this Campaign, you consent under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “Act”) to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by/to Singlife and such other third party for the purpose of the Campaign, including the third parties administering the Gifts, or any third parties that Singlife may, in its absolute discretion, consider appropriate or necessary in connection with the Campaign. You confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Singlife Data Protection Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by Singlife from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.singlife.com/pdpa.
12. A person who does not participate in the Campaign shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
13. The terms of the Campaign will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
