Distributor and its Representative and Customer (these three parties shall from now on be known as “User”) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his User Name and User Password as well as for all activities that occur from their use. Singapore Life is entitled to accept User’s instructions given via his User Name and User Password as valid and binding without the need for further inquiry or investigation even if User can prove that the instructions were not sent by him/her or sent without his/her authority.
