• Advanced bookings is required, please mention “Singlife Privileges” when making the booking

• Promotion only valid at River Valley Clinic (Indus road) 
• Patients under the age of 18 must have accompanying guardian for first visit 
• Xrays may be required prior to treatment if clinically relevant 
• The discount offered is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or loyalty card benefits. 
• Singlife's and Alpha Chiropractic's decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be determined at their reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Singlife shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose, or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Singlife shall not, at any time, be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about the quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Alpha Chiropractic.
