How to make a claim
Before you fix any issues and engage a contractor, get in touch with us. Make sure you submit your claim within 7 days of the incident.

You will receive an acknowledgement email from us within 3 working days from the time we receive your claims submission. If we need further information, we'll get in touch within 60 working days.
Once your claim is approved, an email will be sent to you. Your claims payout will be paid via PayNow within 3 business days.
