What to do in an accident
Please call our 24/7 emergency hotline +65 6333 2222 in the event of an accident.
If anyone involved in the accident is injured, call the Police. Exchange contact and identification details with the other party.
Call our Emergency Assistance at +65 6333 2222 to make a report and start the claims process. We are here for you.
Make the report regardless of whether your car is damaged or if you intend to claim on your own policy.
We can send help to you and help you with your accident report*! Or file the accident report at any of our Singlife Approved Repairers during office hours.
If your car can't be driven, we can arrange to tow it to the nearest Singlife Approved Repairer and ensure you are transported safely to where you need to go.
