1We will reimburse you for any excess or deductible if you're legally liable to pay for the loss or damage to the rented private car or campervan during your trip. Please refer to the policy document for complete details.
2Per article limit (or set of articles if grouped together) is up to S$500 for Lite and up to S$700 for Plus and Prestige.
3Only applies to Plus and Prestige plans. Please ensure that you purchase the policy within 7 days after making the initial payment or deposit for your trip.
No claims will be accepted if you purchase your travel policy after the 7th day of making your initial payment or deposit for your trip.
4You may refer to the Family Total for the maximum amount we will pay for each benefit section, under the family package, during any trip.
5The benefit payable under this section is reduced to 20% of the policy limit for a Child insured under the family package and any insured person above 70 years old.

How to make a claim
Make sure to submit your claim within 30 days of the incident or as soon as reasonably possible.
Please ensure that the required documents are submitted to facilitate the claims process and avoid any unnecessary delay.
For claims that require reimbursements for upfront expenses paid (medical receipts, purchase receipts, etc.), indicate your policy number on your original documents and submit to:

You'll receive an acknowledgement email from us within 3 working days after your claims submission. If we need further information, we'll get in touch within 30 working days.
Once your claim is approved, you'll receive an email. Your claim payout will be paid via PayNow within 3 business days.
