Who can open a dollarDEX account?


Anyone above the age of 18 who is not a bankrupt can open an account with dollarDEX. 

What documents do I need to open an account?


For Singapore Citizens and PR, we need a copy of your NRIC. For non-citizens and non-PR, submit a copy of your passport and employment pass as well as proof of mailing address (e.g. a copy of your home electricity bill).

What is the minimum sum I can invest with?


You can start investing with $1,000 and start a regular savings plan with $100 a month!

Can I use my CPF to invest?


Yes you can, as long as you meet your minimum sums in your CPF account. 

Do I need to be certified to invest?


You need to pass an online Customer Knowledge Assessment (CKA) to be able to invest on your own, without a financial adviser. The CKA will load after you've successfully created a dollarDEX account.

Can I transfer funds to dollarDEX?


Yes, you can transfer your current unit trust holdings on other platforms or with banks to dollarDEX as long as we have the same fund on our platform.  Email a copy of your current statement to [email protected] and we'll do the rest!
