Take reasonable steps to minimise further loss or damage.

Please provide full cooperation to the loss adjuster appointed by us.

Download the claim form and collate supporting documents

The required supporting documents are stated in the respective claim forms.

Make a police report if necessary.

Take photographs of the subject items and retain them for our assessment.
