MyBenefits Plus

It is your electronic medical membership card which means you no longer have to carry the physical card. Simply show your health e-card via your Singlife app when you register at our panel clinics or hospitals as proof of coverage under Singlife's group insurance scheme. Your dependant's health e-card is also available on your Singlife app. 

Available for customers insured under Preferred Care Plus (PCP), MyBenefitsPlus, Global Health, MyGlobalBenefits, IdealMedical. 

Use your health e-card at the following places. 

iAccess cardholders:

• Any Singlife panel GP clinics 

PCP Premier or PCP Supreme cardholders: 

• Any Singlife panel GP clinics
• Any Singlife panel specialist clinics
• Selected clinics at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, National University Hospital, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Singapore General Hospital and Tan Tock Seng Hospital
• A&E department of the following hospitals during the specified period:
• Any time, any day: Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, National University Hospital, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Singapore General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Raffles Hospital
• Mondays to Fridays 9pm to 9am, any time on weekends and public holiday: Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Alvernia Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital (Orchard) and Parkway East Hospital
