What happens after I lodge a complaint against my Singlife Relationship Consultant?
We're sorry to hear that you had a dissatisfactory experience and would like to find out how we can support you better.
You may choose to complete the feedback form, head down to our Customer Service Centre or call our Customer Service hotline at 6827 9933 to leave your feedback. You will receive a written acknowledgement within one (1) business day. You may also be contacted by our team to assist further with the investigation.
We endeavour to complete our investigations and provide a resolution within 20 business days from the date of feedback submission. In the unlikely event of any delays in the investigation, we will keep you updated on the expected timeline for completion.
Should our resolution not meet your expectation or satisfaction, you may approach the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre, an independent body for dispute resolution between financial institutions and consumers. You may find out more at http://www.fidrec.com.sg
