Customers must comply with the applicable appointment requirements for travel vaccination services of the respective healthcare provider.

Singlife and the respective healthcare providers reserve the right to determine, at their reasonable discretion, all matters relating to a participant's eligibility for and participation in this arrangement. Any such determination shall be final and binding on all participants.

The travel vaccination and teleconsultation services are provided solely by the respective healthcare provider. Singlife is not the provider of and does not make any representation or warranty in relation to, the quality, suitability, safety, merchantability, fitness for purpose or availability of any products or services that the respective healthcare provider provides.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Singlife shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with the products or services provided by the respective healthcare providers. Any enquiry, complaint or dispute relating to the travel vaccination or teleconsultation services shall be addressed directly to the respective healthcare provider.

The travel vaccination and teleconsultation services are subject to availability and any terms and conditions imposed by the respective healthcare provider. Singlife is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement or unavailability of vaccination or teleconsultation services provided by the respective healthcare provider.

Singlife and the respective healthcare providers reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to amend, add to, or delete the terms and/or terminate the arrangement at any time.

For the avoidance of doubt, "Singlife" refers to Singapore Life Ltd and "Healthcare Provider" refers to either Doctor Anywhere Operations Pte. Ltd. or Minmed Group Pte. Ltd.
