Click on Submit a claim to begin your claim submission.

When submitting, there are certain documents (medical bills, reports, or referral letters, etc.) that will be required. Always keep your original documents in order for your claim to be dealt with quickly.

We will process your claims within 10 to 14 working days after receiving all the required documents. For further clarification, we will get in touch.

We will take three to five working days to process your application. 

Once the User ID is created, the user will be notified via email.

Make a police report pertaining to the incident if necessary.

Take photographs of the subject items and retain the items for our assessment.
