You can write to us to cancel your policy within 14 days from date of receipt of policy. We'll refund the premiums you paid (without interest) after deducting any expenses incurred in issuing the policy. Refunds will be made via the same method you had chosen for payment in your application form, i.e. credited to the credit card used for payment, or via cheque, where applicable, within 14 working days.
If your policy was sent to you by post, we’ll consider it delivered seven days after posting. If your policy was sent electronically, we’ll consider it delivered seven days after sending or when you download your policy, whichever is earlier.

To reinstate your policy, you can call our hotline at 6827 9933 or email* us at [email protected] to request for the reinstatement quotation and form.
You can reinstate your policy within one year from the lapse date provided you meet our terms, conditions and applicable guidelines. Simply complete the “Policy Servicing Health Declaration (for Life Products)” form, pay all outstanding premiums, if applicable, with due interest and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you’d like a duplicate copy of your Original Policy (i.e. a replacement of your Original Policy), please complete the “Declaration Form for Lost and Duplicate Policy” and email* your request along with a copy of your NRIC to [email protected]. Kindly note that you’ll have to pay an administrative fee of S$20 for the replacement of Original Policy.
