Can I still see all my claims history if I moved between 2 companies and both are insured through Singlife?

No, you'll be able to only view your claims filed through your current company.

How will I know the status of my claim?

You can view the status of your claim under the Claims History function, available on your Singlife App (accessible via Service Hub) and the MySinglife Portal (accessible via Claims tab under Services). 

We will also notify you via following methods:

  • SMS (if you have provided us your mobile number)
  • Email or letter (depending on the correspondence arrangement agreed by your employer)
  • In-App notifications (if you have registered to receive it on your Singlife App)

I can’t find the payment advice for a claim that was approved. Why is this so?

If the claim was fully paid with a cheque, you will not be able to view the payment details.

What can I see in under the Claim History?

You can view the following:

  • Status of your own and/or dependant's claims under the active policy.
  • View notifications of any outstanding information or documents needed from you.
  • Payment advice (for approved claims). 
  • An archive of your claim records of up to 2 years.

Where can I find the claim rejection letter?

The rejection letter will be sent to you, your HR personnel or servicing insurance broker (depending on the servicing arrangement). Do note that the letter will not be available through your Singlife App or via the MySinglife Portal.
