You are required to submit your claim no later than 30 days from date of visit.

You are advised to keep all original medical bills and receipts for 6 months as we may require them for our verification.

We may refuse to pay claims for which you cannot provide medical bills, receipts or other supporting documents that we may require.

In the event of admission in a private hospital in or outside Singapore, you are responsible to obtain the medical reports required to support your claim, at your own expense.

In case of a foreign language document, you shall at your own expense, provide us with an English translation of the documents if required.

Submission of claims through our app/portal does not constitute admission of claims. We will assess your claims in detail upon receipt of your claim submission.

We shall have full discretion in the conduct of any proceedings or the settlement of any claim.

If any, or anyone acting for you, makes a claim under this policy knowing the claim to be dishonest or intentionally exaggerated, or fraudulent in any way, or if you give any false declaration, or false documents to support the claim, we will not pay the claim. We reserve the right to lodge a report with the local police on any dishonest claim made.

Our provision of insurance under this Policy is conditional upon you observing and fulfilling the terms, provisions, conditions and clauses of this Policy.
