Your MySinglife account will be locked temporarily for security reasons whenever there are multiple incorrect password attempts.

Please wait for 10 minutes before you try again. Alternatively, you can change your password via the ‘Forgot password?” option.

I have forgotten my password for MySinglife account. How do I reset it?

Step 1:  Select ‘Forgot password?’ at MySinglife portal’s login page.

Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your MySinglife account and select “Send”. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

How can I view my Investment Account(s) with Navigator?

You can view all your investment account(s) on MySinglife portal's dashboard page via the "Investment" tab.

Upon selection, you will be directed to the respective investment platform to view the details of your investment account(s).

You may access the Fund Shortlists from:

1. The “Home” tab (Accessible via the left-hand menu)

2. The “Quick Access” menu (Accessible via the “Invest” dashboard)

How can I view my policy documents in MySinglife portal?

You can view your policy documents from:

  1. ‘MyDocuments’ (Accessible via the right-hand menu)
  2. The “Home” tab (Accessible via the left-hand menu)

Alternatively, you can filter your list of policy documents by “Life Assured”, “Policy / Document type” or “Date range” to view your policy documents.

What kind of policy documents are available in MySinglife portal?

You can view your policy documents for Life & Health insurance policies, Savings & Investment-Linked insurance plans, and General Insurance policies via MySinglife portal.

Does MySinglife portal allow me to view my other Singlife policies?

You are unable to view the other policies at the current moment, but we are actively working on including this feature.

You may view your other Singlife policies through the Singlife Customer Portal.

How do I sign-up for a MySinglife account?

When you purchase an insurance policy from us, you will receive an email to activate your MySinglife account.

Employees covered under Singlife’s Group Medical Insurance plan can register for a MySinglife account by clicking on the “Create an account” link on the login page.
