What should I do when I am locked out of my account?

For security reasons, your MySinglife account will be locked temporarily due to multiple incorrect password attempts.

Please wait for 10 minutes and try again or change your password via the ‘Forgot password?” option.

I have forgotten my password for MySinglife account. How do I reset it?

Step 1: At the MySinglife portal login screen, click on ‘Forgot password?’.

Step 2: Enter your email address associated with your MySinglife account and click on “Send”. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password.

I have forgotten my username for MySinglife account. How can I recover this?

You may call +65 68279933 to recover the username for your MySinglife account.

How can I view my policy documents in MySinglife portal?

Step 1: Click on ‘MyDocuments’ on the left-side user panel.

Step 2: Click to download the policy document you would like to view. Alternatively, you can filter your list of policy documents by “Life Assured”, “Policy / Document type” or “Date range” to view your policy documents.

What kind of policy documents are available in MySinglife portal?

You can view your policy documents for Life & Health insurance policies, and Savings & Investment-Linked insurance plans via MySinglife portal. 

Does MySinglife portal allow me to view my other Singlife policies?

No, but we're actively working on including this feature. We'll notify you once it's ready. At this time, you may view your other Singlife policies through the Singlife Customer Portal.

How do I sign-up for a MySinglife account?

When you purchase an insurance policy from us, you will receive an email to activate your MySinglife account.
