When will I receive my renewal invitation?

There is no need to worry about renewal as the policy will be renewed automatically for each policy year if we receive all premiums due, unless we receive cancellation instruction from you. At every renewal we reserve the right to review the terms, conditions and premiums we offer you. If we make any changes to the premiums, provisions, limits or coverage, we will inform you via the renewal notice 30 days in advance.

Can I make changes to my renewal details?

If you wish to make any changes to your policy e.g. change of plan, you may email it to us at [email protected]

I received notification that my credit card deduction for the next policy year has failed. How can I change my credit card details?

You may download the Credit Card Authorisation Form and email the completed form to [email protected].

How will I receive my renewal policy document?

We will not send any policy documents if you renew your policy, unless there is a change in cover that you have requested. In the event that we make any changes to the premiums, provisions, limits or coverage, we will write to you 30 days in advance to notify you of the changes that will apply to you.

What will happen to my policy if my spouse turns 71 upon renewal?

Our coverage eligibility age criteria is up to 70 years old only, so we’re unable to invite your spouse for renewal when he or she turns 71. However, we can still invite you for renewal if you are below 71 years old upon renewal.
