Can I change my address or contact details for my policy via the Singlife App?

Self-help functions will be rolled out progressively soon. In the interim, please contact us at +65 6827 9933 or email [email protected] with your proof of address.

If I change my mobile number, do I have to inform Singlife?

Yes. Your mobile number is your login ID for your Singlife Account. Please contact us at +65 6827 9933 to update your mobile number.

What happens to my Singlife Account if I go bankrupt?

You have to submit a Statement of Affairs that indicates your assets (including your Singlife Account) and liabilities to the Official Assignee. Your assets will vest in the Official Assignee for the benefit of your creditors.

What's the difference between my Singlife ID and my Singlife Account?

The Singlife ID is a unique identifier that's created for the purpose of online applications. The Singlife Account is an insurance savings plan that credits returns and offers flexibility (no lock-in and charges) in top-ups and withdrawals.

Why does Singlife require identity documents during account sign-up?

The identity documents are required for verification purposes. However, if you use Myinfo for your Singlife Account application, you won't have to upload these documents.
