How do I make withdrawals from my Singlife Account policy?

Your Singlife Account policy will be in-force with an initial premium of S$100. Subsequently, you may use FAST at any time to transfer funds to your personal account(s) via the Singlife App.

On your Singlife App:

Step 1: Tap on ‘Withdraw’ in your Singlife Account dashboard.

Step 2(a): Select your bank account for the withdrawal amount to be credited to.

Step 3: Indicate the amount you would like to withdraw.

Step 4: Enter your OTP received via SMS to verify the transaction.

How long does it take to make a withdrawal from my Singlife Account policy?

Withdrawals may be made instantly through FAST. Please note that it may take up to three hours for withdrawn funds to show up in your designated bank account(s).

Is there a limit to my daily withdrawals?

The daily withdrawal limit from the Singlife Account is S$20,000.

What happens to my Singlife Account insurance benefits after I make a withdrawal?

Your insurance cover is based on your up-to-date account value. As such, a withdrawal will reduce your insurance benefits.

When can I withdraw funds from my Singlife Account?

You may withdraw funds from your available account balance at any time.

Can I make a FAST transfer from my Singlife Account to a friend’s or family member’s account?

No, you can only withdraw funds from your Singlife Account into your own personal bank account to prevent any potential scam. 

Notes:

1A daily spending limit is set at S$5,000. An annual spending limit is set at S$30,000 on a 365-day rolling basis. Any payments made via a Singlife Debit Card during the prior 365-day period shall be aggregated with payments made via PayNow UEN for the purpose of determining the annual spending limit.
