The redemption process differs from merchant to merchant. Access the Privileges section by tapping on the "Gift Box" icon via the dashboard on Singlife App and tap "Show me the deals" to check out all the privileges, then tap on "Read more" to view full details and terms and conditions for these privileges.

Privileges are only available to policyholders who have policies in force with Singlife. Goods and services offered are non-transferrable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items. Customers must pay the merchant based on their terms and conditions, unless privileges and offers are specifically stated as ‘free’ or ‘complimentary’.
