To make a claim, or for overseas emergency assistance, please call our claims assistance helpline at +65 6460 9391. Alternatively, you may submit your claim through our online claims portal here.
Each submission should be furnished with full particulars and full facts of the claim, including its occurrence, as well as detailed information on the circumstances and extent of loss. This should be supported with the relevant documents and sent through as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days after the incident.
You'll receive an acknowledgement email from us within 3 working days after your claims submission. If we need further information, we'll get in touch within 60 working days.
Once your claim is approved, you'll receive an email. Your claim payout will be paid via PayNow within 3 business days.
