By bringing together employees from multiple locations into a single, collaborative space, Singlife is strengthening teamwork, innovation and service excellence.

SINGAPORE, 5 January 2026 – Leading homegrown financial services company Singlife moved to Marina One today, marking a new chapter in the company’s journey of growth, collaboration and sustainability.

The move brings together Singlife employees from its offices at SGX Centre 2 and its subsidiaries – Singlife Financial Advisers, GROW with Singlife and PROPEL with Singlife – previously based at 51 Cuppage Road and OUE Downtown 2 respectively. Now located at Straits View, Marina One, Singlife occupies some 74,000 square feet across three levels with over 1,200 employees. This consolidation aims to drive greater productivity, collaboration and innovation, supported by more open, flexible workspaces, event spaces and enhanced facilities.

“The move to Marina One is more than just a change of address – it marks the next phase in Singlife’s journey,” said Pearlyn Phau, Group Chief Executive Officer, Singlife. “As we evolve to better serve our customers, partners and communities, the new space will enable us to collaborate more effectively, enhance productivity and deliver on our mission of providing a better way to achieve financial freedom.”

In conjunction with the move, Singlife unveiled a new Customer Service Centre on level 1 of Marina One, The Heart. It was designed in consultation with SG Enable and incorporates enhanced accessibility features – including a wheelchair-friendly two-tier service counter, a dedicated consultation booth for those with mobility issues, priority queuing for seniors, inclusive signage, and hearing assistance technology[1] – to better serve customers with diverse needs. Customers can also secure appointments through Singlife’s corporate website for a faster and more convenient experience.

The Customer Service Centre also has a Singa the Kindness Lion bench, an iconic symbol of Singapore’s kindness movement. In the 2000s, Aviva Singapore supported the Singapore Kindness Movement’s “Kindness@Work” campaign, to foster a more gracious workplace. Today, Singlife carries forward this legacy, putting human touch at the heart of every interaction, connection and community it serves.

The move to Marina One also highlights Singlife’s commitment to sustainability. The relocation is expected to save over 95,000 kWh of electricity annually. In addition, Singlife reused more than 1,400 pieces of furniture, installed energy-efficient lighting and incorporated greener materials throughout the office. These actions support Singlife’s goal of achieving net zero emissions by 2050, in line with Singapore’s ambition. Marina One itself is LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)[2] and has achieved BCA Green Mark Platinum[3].

To mark the occasion, around 150 employees did a symbolic walk from SGX Centre 2 to Marina One, where Singlife treated fellow tenants to complimentary ice cream, shio pan (salt bread) and tea – a gesture welcoming new connections within the vibrant business community.

The move to Marina One reflects Singlife’s continued growth and transformation, as it strengthens its position in Singapore’s financial landscape while delivering greater value to customers, partners and the broader community.
