What is happening to the Singlife Customer Portal?

The Singlife Customer Portal (https://online.singlife.com/) will be discontinued on 27 December 2024. After this date, you will no longer be able to access or manage your SL series policies and related documents through the portal.

Which policies will no longer be accessible on the portal?

Starting 27 December 2024, the following SL series policies will no longer be available on the Singlife Customer Portal:

  • Cancer Plan Series 1.1
  • Cancer Plus Plan
  • Cancer Plus Plan Series 1.1
  • Critical Illness Plan
  • Critical Illness Plan Series 1.1
  • DIRECT-Term
  • DIRECT-Term Series 1.2
  • DIRECT-Term v1.1
  • Multi-claim Critical Illness Plan
  • Multi-claim Critical Illness Plan Series 1.1
  • Step-Up Critical Illness Plan
  • Term Life
  • Term Life 1.1
  • Term Life 1.2
  • Term Life Series 3
  • Term Life Series Two

You can be assured that there will be no changes to your policy terms and policy coverage.

Customers with the following Zurich plans can log in to the MySinglife portal with your Singpass or your registered email address. For more details, please refer to the FAQs here.

What self-service options will be discontinued?

The following self-service options will no longer be available on the Singlife Customer Portal from 27 December 2024:

  • Update or change of payment methods (GIRO, Credit Card)
  • Modify payment frequency
  • Request for policy termination

What should I do before the portal is decommissioned?

To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend that you download all your policy documents before 27 December 2024. This will ensure you have copies of important documents before the portal is no longer accessible.
