What is PayNow UEN?

PayNow UEN allows you to pay to businesses and entities directly from your Singlife Account funds. Simply key in their Unique Entity Number (UEN) and pay instantly via the Singlife App, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Singlife Account before making a transfer.

Who can access PayNow UEN?

PayNow UEN will be made available to all Singlife Account customers, starting from 28 September 2023. Singlife Account customers do not need to register to use PayNow UEN.

Are there any transfer limits for PayNow UEN?

A daily spending limit of S$5,000 and a rolling annual spending limit of S$30,000 applies on all PayNow UEN transfers from your Singlife Account1.

How do I make a PayNow UEN transfer?

You can make a PayNow UEN transfer from your Singlife Account by following these steps:

  1. Access PayNow UEN via your Singlife Account dashboard or Service Hub.
  2. Key in the merchant’s UEN and select ‘Continue’.
  3. Indicate the amount you wish to transfer.
  4. Review your transfer and submit. Once successful, you will be directed to the following page.

Are there any fees associated with using PayNow UEN?

There are no fees associated with using PayNow UEN via Singlife Account.

Can I make a PayNow transfer to other individuals with my Singlife Account?

At this time, you can only make PayNow transfers from your Singlife Account to merchants via their Unique Entity Number (UEN).

I am facing an issue related to my PayNow UEN transactions. What should I do?

If you encounter any issues related to your PayNow UEN transactions, you may call us at +65 6827 9933 (8.45am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays).

Notes:

1A daily spending limit is set at S$5,000. An annual spending limit is set at S$30,000 on a 365-day rolling basis. Any payments made via a Singlife Debit Card during the prior 365-day period shall be aggregated with payments made via PayNow UEN for the purpose of determining the annual spending limit.
