Applicable for DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, Standard Chartered Bank, Maybank, Bank of China, HSBC, Citibank SG and ICBC account holders.
Account holders from the above banks can enjoy a simple and hassle-free way to set up recurring payments for their regular premium renewal policies in Singapore Dollars (SGD) by signing up for eGIRO on the MySinglife portal.
Log in to the MySinglife portal with your Singpass or email ID
Select “Services”
Select “Policy Servicing”
Select “Set up eGIRO for Premium Payment”
Select the Policy Number(s) you want to update the payment methods for
Update the bank account details and select the bank that you wish to use for enrolment
Select “Set up eGIRO”
You will be routed to the i-banking website of your selected bank. Please proceed to log in with your banking User ID and password
Enter the OTP or login authentication pop-out notification sent from your bank to complete the transaction
Note: It only takes a few minutes for the eGIRO application to be approved.
Customers who have an existing PayNow setup can easily pay for their renewal policies by scanning the QR code generated in the MySinglife portal.
Log in to the MySinglife portal with your Singpass or email ID
Select “Services”
Select “Policy Servicing”
Select “Make Premium Payment with PayNow”
Select the Policy Number(s) you want to update the payment methods for
Select “Confirm Selection”
Select “Proceed to Pay”
Scan the QR code with your banking app to complete the payment
Note: The QR code will expire in 15 minutes, so please ensure you complete your payment within that time. Please note that it may take up to 1 working day for the payment to be reflected.
Customers with Z Protect Prestige policies only can pay for their renewal policies by submitting a request through MSL to make payment via credit card.

Select “Update Credit Card Details”
Select Applicable policy from the list

For SGD policies, please make your payment to Singapore Life Ltd.’s DBS bank account (Account No. 003-958595-0) and use your New Policy Number (e.g., EBxxxxxx) as the payment reference.
Please note that it may take up to 2 working days for the payment to be processed. You will receive an SMS notification once your payment has been processed.
Please note that we have updated our bank account details for telegraphic transfers. If you have set up a standing order with your bank, kindly make the necessary arrangements to update the beneficiary bank details.
Any charges imposed by the remitting or receiving bank when transferring funds to Singapore Life Ltd. must be borne by the applicant. You may need to remit an amount higher than the premium due to cover these charges.
Please ensure the payment is made to the currency-specific bank account below (in accordance with your contract currency), and include the following details in the Telegraphic Transfer application:
• Policyholder's full name (as indicated in the application form)
• Policyholder's Identification number/Passport number
• Policy number (EBxxxxxx)
• Customer to make payment to the currency-specific bank account of Singapore Life Ltd. (as per their contract currency) as shown below:
