Who can open a dollarDEX account?

You can open a dollarDEX account if you:

 

  • Are 18 years of age or older,
  • Are not an undischarged bankrupt,
  • Do not have United States (US) indicia (such as a US passport, Social Security number, US driver’s licence, or residency in the United States)

What documents do I need to open an account?

With Singpass

  • Singapore Citizens and PRs: No documents are required.
  • Non-citizens: No documents required.

 

Without Singpass

  • Singapore Citizens and PRs: You will need to provide a copy of your NRIC.
  • Non-citizens: Please submit a copy of your passport, employment pass, and proof of mailing address (e.g. a recent utility bill).

What is the minimum sum I can invest with?

You can start investing with S$1,000 lump sum or start a regular savings plan with S$100 a month!

Can I use my CPF to invest?

Yes you can, as long as you meet your minimum sums in your CPF account. 

Can I transfer funds to dollarDEX?

Yes, you can transfer your current unit trust holdings on other platforms or with banks to dollarDEX as long as we have the same fund on our platform.  Email a copy of your current statement to cs@dollardex.com and we'll do the rest!
