Exchange personal details and information with other parties regardless of who is at fault:
Take photographs of the scene and the vehicles involved in the accident
Call our 24/7 emergency hotline at +65 6333 2222 to report the incident regardless of whether you intend to claim on your own policy or if your car is damaged
Make the report with us within 24 hours from the incident, otherwise, your No Claim Discount (NCD) may be affected, and your claim may be rejected
You may also file the accident report at any of our Approved Repairers by the next working day
Do not admit liability or sign a promissory note agreeing to pay for damages
Do not allow an unauthorised towing service to remove your car from the scene
Notify us immediately if you receive any communication from a third-party insurer, a traffic summons or a Writ of Summons in connection with your accident

Accidents outside of Singapore
For accidents taking place in West Malaysia or up to 80 kilometres inside Thailand from the West Malaysia Border, call us at +65 6333 2222 and make a report to the Malaysia Police.
Windscreen Claims
Notify us at +65 6333 2222 immediately if you discover damage to any windscreen or glass on your car.
