Notify us immediately

Please notify us immediately after you discover damage to any windscreen or glass on your car. Call our 24/7 hotline +65 6333 2222 and we will direct you to our list of Singlife Approved Windscreen Repairers and advise you of the next steps.

If your car cannot be driven, we will arrange for it to be towed to a Singlife Approved Windscreen Repairer, and arrange for transport to get you and your passengers to your chosen destination in Singapore (This does not apply for the Motor Lite Plan).

If there is evidence of a criminal or malicious act against your car, you must report it to the Police.

If you choose not to use our Approved Repairer, the maximum we will pay towards the final invoice is S$600, minus your excess of S$100*

We will not charge an excess if you choose to repair instead of replace the glass with an Approved Repairer. However, an excess of S$25 will be charged if the repairs are done at a Non-Approved Repairer*
