1. The applicant must either be a full-time National Serviceman (NSF) or a main insured applying for a dependant child. Applications for the new coverage must be submitted between 1 Jul 2025 and 31 Aug 2025 (both dates inclusive), and the certificate of insurance must be issued by Singlife by 30 Sep 2025. 2. Premium of S$0.73 a day is based on:
i. Group Term Life plan rate of S$7.50 per month for an Insured Person, aged 65 and below at next birthday; and
ii. Group Personal Injury plan rate of S$1.50 per month for an Insured Person, aged 70 and below at next birthday; and
iii. Living Care plan rate of S$6.60 per month for an Insured Person, aged 20 and below at next birthday; and
iv. Living Care Plus plan rate of S$6.30 per month for an Insured Person, aged 20 and below at next birthday.
3. Premium of S$0.25 per day is based on Group Term Life plan rate of S$7.50 per month for an Insured Person, aged 65 and below at next birthday.
4. Premium of S$0.05 per day is based on Group Personal Injury plan rate of S$1.50 per month for an Insured Person, aged 70 and below at next birthday.
5. Premium of S$0.22 per day is based on Living Care plan rate of S$6.60 per month for an Insured Person, aged 20 and below at next birthday.
6. The Living Care (LC) coverage is aligned to Life Insurance Association Singapore’s (LIA) Standard Definitions for 37 severe stage Critical Illnesses (CI) (Version 2024). Please note that with effect from 1 July 2025, the LC coverage will be updated to follow the new definitions set out in the LIA CI Framework 2024. For diagnoses from 1 July 2025 onwards, please click here for the detailed definition of the major illnesses admissible for claim. Claims are subject to all other terms and conditions and limitations and exclusions in the Policy. You may refer to www.lia.org.sg for the Standard Definitions (Version 2024).
7. Premium of S$0.21 per day is based on Living Care Plus plan rate of S$6.30 per month for an Insured Person, aged 20 and below at next birthday.
8. For diagnoses from 1 July 2020 onwards, click here for the detailed definition of the early critical illnesses (ECI) admissible for claim. Claims are subject to all other terms and conditions and limitations and exclusions in the Policy. These ECI listed do not fall under LIA’s Standard Definitions for 37 severe stage CI (Version 2019 & 2024). For CI that do not fall under Version 2019 & 2024, the definitions are determined by the insurance company. You may refer to www.lia.org.sg for the Standard Definitions (Version 2019 & 2024).
