Singlife Care Collab Benefits

^{^}Applicable from 1 April 2026 to existing policyholders who renew their Singlife Shield and Health Plus, and Singlife CareShield or ElderShield policies, as well as new customers who purchase Singlife Shield and Health Plus with Singlife CareShield or ElderShield, or as an add-on if you already hold any of these plans.

This benefit provides coverage of up to S$20,000 per lifetime, for a maximum of 730 consecutive days. It is claimable only once per lifetime. This benefit is only applicable for Life Assured with both Singlife Health Plus and Singlife CareShield/ElderShield Standard / Plus, who has been certified eligible to claim for the Severe Disability Benefit.

We will cover the charges the life assured has to pay for:

• Home personal care services provided by trained care professionals to provide the life assured with nursing care at home, such as wound dressing and changing of feeding tubes; and

• Rehabilitation services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy that support the life assured’s recovery of functional abilities after discharge.

Recovery support services provided where the life assured is diagnosed and hospitalised due to a psychiatric condition are excluded.
We will pay the recovery support benefit up to the number of days after the life assured is discharged as an inpatient, as shown in the benefits schedule, if:

• The charges are for necessary medical treatment arising directly from the injury or illness for which the life assured was admitted as an inpatient;

• The life assured is the life assured of a Singlife Shield and Health Plus policy;

• The life assured is also the life assured of a Singlife CareShield Standard / Plus or Singlife ElderShield Standard / Plus policy;

• The Singlife CareShield Standard / Plus or Singlife ElderShield Standard / Plus policy is in force throughout the claimable period for this benefit; and

• The life assured is certified by a Doctor or Specialist as severely disabled and eligible to claim for the Severe Disability Benefit under the life assured’s Singlife CareShield Standard / Plus or Singlife ElderShield Standard / Plus policy. 

*The eligible Singlife Critical Illness plans and riders include:
• Singlife Multipay Critical Illness II;
• Singlife Comprehensive Critical Illness II;
• Singlife Essential Critical Illness II; and 
• the following Singlife Elite Term II Critical Illness riders
    • CI Advance Cover Plus (2025);
    • Multipay Critical Illness Cover (2025); and
    • Comprehensive Critical Illness Cover (2025).

Eligibility for the Singlife Care Collab Caregiver Relief Benefit

From 22 August 2026, customers who purchase a Singlife CareShield policy and/or an eligible Singlife Critical Illness (CI) plan or rider are eligible for the following benefits.

• Up to 3x enhanced payouts, extending the Caregiver Relief Benefit from 12 months to up to 36 months of payouts
• Up to 10% off home-care services with Homage
• Up to 36% off mental wellness support with A Kind Place

Eligible customers will be entitled to the Singlife Care Collab Caregiver Relief Benefit from Q1 2027.

The following eligibility conditions apply:
• Customers who do not hold a Singlife CareShield policy or an eligible Singlife Critical Illness plan or rider: You will need to purchase a new Singlife CareShield Standard or Singlife CareShield Plus policy, and an eligible Singlife Critical Illness plan or rider, to qualify for the Benefit.
• Customers who already hold an eligible Singlife Critical Illness plan or rider: You will need to purchase a new Singlife CareShield Standard or Singlife CareShield Plus policy to qualify for the Benefit.
• Existing Singlife CareShield Standard or Singlife CareShield Plus policyholders who do not hold an eligible Singlife Critical Illness plan or rider: You may be offered a limited-time opportunity to purchase an eligible Singlife Critical Illness plan or rider and qualify for the Benefit. Further details will be provided at a later date.

More details on the Singlife Care Collab Caregiver Relief Benefit, including the exclusive partner rates and access available to eligible customers under the Benefit, will be available closer to Q1 2027.
