Important Notes:

 

The complimentary health screening service is offered by Mirxes Health. To be eligible, all participants must fulfill the following criteria:

  1. - Must be between the age of 25 to74 years old.
  2. - Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
  3. - Participant must not be undergoing any form of cancer treatment at the point of registration and screening.

 

Eligible participants will be entitled to a complimentary yearly health screening for five years.
