Death
Pays a one-time lump sum benefit if you suffer death solely due to Dengue Fever within 3 months from the confirmed diagnosis of Dengue Fever.

Hospitalisation
Pays a one-time lump sum benefit if you are hospitalised for 3 consecutive days in Singapore for the sole purpose of treatment of Dengue Fever.

S$1,000

Daily Hospital Allowance (up to 10 days)
Pays for each complete 24-hour period that You are confined as an in-patient at a Hospital in Singapore for the sole purpose of treatment of Dengue Fever.

How to make a claim

Make sure to submit your claim within 30 days of the incident or as soon as reasonably possible.

    We’ll process your claim

    You'll receive an acknowledgement email from us within 3 working days after your claims submission. If we need further information, we'll get in touch within 30 working days. Once your claim is approved, an email will be sent to you. Your claims payout will be paid within 3 business days via PayNow.

     

    Please ensure that your PayNow account is registered under your NRIC in order to receive the payment successfully. Otherwise, the bank will mail you a physical cheque in 14 business days.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC).
